Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
- Personalized or final-sale items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Orders with incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Late return requests beyond the return window.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- A photo of the item
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Return Process
Since we ship directly from our international suppliers, most items do not need to be physically returned. Instead:
- Contact us with details and evidence (photo/video).
- We’ll review your request within 2–4 business days.
- If approved, you’ll receive a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval.
