1. Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our global suppliers, mainly located in Asia. This allows us to offer you great prices and a wide range of products.


2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. Remote areas may take a bit longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package at any time on our tracking page or a global tracking website like 17track.net.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment.


5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


6. Do you accept returns?

7. Why did I receive only part of my order?

To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately. You’ll receive tracking info for each package if your order ships in parts.
